I've always been a little obsessed with one question: how did you actually end up in product management?
For me, the honest answer is — I got lucky. I was practically pushed into the role before I even realized I'd already been doing the job for a while. No master plan, no five-year strategy. Just a good nudge at the right moment.
That accidental start turned into a genuine love for the craft, and more than 12 years building product across different industries, countries, and company types — mostly SaaS. Every environment taught me something different about what "good" product work actually looks like, and how differently people get there.
